Delivery, returns, refunds, exchanges and cancellation are covered in detail on our Shipping, Returns & Refunds page — those rules form part of these Terms.

Photos are indicative; minor handcrafted variations in colour and finish are normal. Actual colour may vary slightly with screen settings.

Prices are in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes. Discounts and coupons cannot be combined unless stated.

We may cancel orders with incorrect pricing, unavailable stock or suspected fraud — always with a full refund.

1-year colour warranty against tarnish under normal use. Physical damage is excluded.

Fake reviews, coupon abuse or payment fraud may lead to order cancellation and account suspension.

All content, designs, photos and branding on Zenixu are our intellectual property and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
